Room Delivery Information and Provision of Accommodation Service

1. How the Service Is Delivered

As soon as your reservation is confirmed, our system updates automatically. Once you complete the steps below, your room delivery process begins:

• Reservation Confirmation: The booking confirmation sent via email/SMS serves as your check-in voucher.
• Arrival Procedure: Present your name and reservation code at the reception.
• ID Verification: Presentation of Turkish ID card, passport or driver’s license is mandatory.
• Room Key Handover: After ID verification, you will receive your keycard and an in-hotel guide.
• Welcome Package: A complimentary package including water, a fruit plate, and our hotel brochure.

2. Check-in and Check-out Times

• Check-in: From 14:00 – early arrivals can use our free luggage storage service.
• Check-out: Until 12:00 – late check-out requests may incur an extra charge, subject to availability.

Note: Early check-in or late check-out requests submitted at least 24 hours before arrival will be prioritized.

3. Post-Reservation Information

• A confirmation email with check-in/out dates and reservation code.
• Details of room type, number of guests, and any extra service requests (breakfast, extra bed, baby cot, etc.).
• Information on airport transfers and tour arrangements.

4. Duration of Stay and Extension Requests

• Your stay covers the dates you selected at booking.
• For extensions, please contact reception before your scheduled check-out date.
• Extension fees are calculated at the standard nightly rate, subject to availability.

5. Additional Services and Amenities

• Daily Housekeeping: Free, by certified hygiene teams.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi: High-speed internet in all rooms and common areas.
• A la Carte Room Service: Available from 07:00 to 23:00.
• Luggage Storage: Secure baggage holding outside check-in/out hours.
• 24-Hour Reception: Here to assist you any time of day.
• Transfers & Tours: Airport transfers and Aegean tour booking support.

6. Cancellation, Modifications, and Refunds
